What is Dynamic Performance Camp?

Dynamic Strength Camp is specifically designed to help our youth stay active and improve their confidence and athleticism through increased speed, agility, strength, reaction, endurance, and injury prevention.

Our camps take place in a group setting and are led by our expert coaches in the most fun and supportive environment imaginable. 

With quarantine restrictions loosening a bit, it's time for your children to get active. We are here to help but want you to know our our top priorities are your child's safety and health.

Who is DSC's Youth Camps for?

Dynamic Strength Camps are perfect for all levels!

Our camps are divided into Middle School and High School groups (ages 10-13 and 14+).

This program is ideal for those who are looking to stay active, improve their athletic performance and reduce injury risk.

What to Expect at Your First Session

Be ready to get active! On the first day, we’ll jump right into working out. Come to camp wearing loose-fitting athletic clothing and gym shoes, and bring a water bottle! 


This type of program has a few important benefits: 

  • Improves athletic speed, agility, power, coordination, core & total body strength, and conditioning
  • Helps athletes become less susceptible to injuries
  • Improves confidence 
  • Learn about proper nutrition and hydration

How we're keeping your children safe

Our mission here at DSC has always been to provide the most supportive workout environment imaginable. Now more than ever, DSC is here to do just that. Right now your children's safety is our number one priority. We’ve made some major updates to DSC, our policies, and our procedures to keep them as safe and comfortable as possible. 

Social distancing

Once your child arrives at DSC, we will have them line up next to our socially distanced cones. From there we will have them enter one by one, maintaining their social distance, answer our COVID-19 questions (Have they experienced symptoms of COVID-19), hand sanitize, and they will be guided to their personal workout pod.

This 4x7' workout pod is where the majority of their workout will take place. Each pod is separated by at least 6 feet. 

Inside their pod will be their equipment and they will keep their personal belongings like keys, and their water with them. 

We will keep all campers socially distant throughout the entirety of their session. 

Aside for the workout pod system, to maintain social distancing we will be also be limiting class sizes and having our campers schedule their class times. 

Cleaning procedures

Before your child arrives, DSC will be clean, prepped, and ready. This means our high touch areas have been disinfected and their personal workout pod and equipment has been cleaned and sanitized. 

Once class ends, each camp member will be in charge of fully cleaning their equipment and space. Our staff will then go back over their area and equipment with disinfectant.

Tuesday/Thursday (3:30-4:30pm)

High-School (2 or 4x/week)
Monday/Wednesday (3:30-4:30pm)
Tuesday/Thursday (3:30-4:30pm)

2x/week Middle School or High-School - $400

4x/week High-School - $740
