According to a recent DSC poll, 90% of the people who have joined our 14-day trial felt the exact same way before trying their first class: both nervous and intimidated.

"I was really nervous about joining Dynamic because it’s been a long time since I had worked out.

#1: "Do I have to be in shape to join DSC's 14-day trial?"

This is by far the most common question we get from people ready to get started at DSC.

Many new members feel they need to take some time getting back into shape before joining DSC. 

This could not be further from the truth!!

In fact, we have new trials joining every day, most of which are brand new to exercise. 

This is truly what makes DSC so unique and what we are most proud of!

Our programs are specifically coached and designed to work for all fitness levels, especially beginners.

The goal of our 14-day trial is to get you comfortable at DSC.

There is no competition and no keeping up with anyone else. Your workouts are all about YOU!

Our coaches will be working with you one-on-one to take it slow, get you comfortable with the routine, and allow you to get to know your coaches and fellow members.

Our coaches make sure our new members get one on one coaching until they are comfortable. We slow the process down, allow you to adjust, learn proper technique, and work at your own pace.

Each class we continue to build off the previous sessions. Getting a little better each week leads to some INCREDIBLE long term results! 

#2: "I've never done anything like this before. Am I going to look silly or slow others down?"

A big fear for many is either looking silly or feeling like they are going to hold other members back. 

Our programs are unique and unlike many other traditional exercise routines. 

So, for the vast majority of our members, our workouts and exercises are brand new to them. 

This is why we have the coaches we do. 

When you come to each class during your 14-day trial, we will have a friendly DSC coach (we call ourselves fitness tour guides) ready to take you through each step of your workout.

We are here to help you learn the proper positions and techniques of everything we do, to not only get you stronger and more fit, but also drastically decrease your risk of getting injured. 

Although our classes are done in a group setting, they are always done at your own pace. 

Never are you in a situation where you need to prove something or compete with others. 

In fact, it is quite the opposite. 

The supportive environment here at DSC is unlike any other!

Our coaches and members celebrate even the smallest of victories -- from completing your first class or doing your push-up from the floor to losing your first couple of pounds. 

After-all, this is your fitness journey and we are here to help! :) 

#3: "I have an old injury. Will I be able to workout?"

Have an old injury or some aches and pains?

We completely understand your concerns.

The first thing our coaches will ask you about before starting your first trial class is about your injury history?

Have any previous injuries? Bad back? Sore knees? Problems with any exercises or movements? We want to know!

Our coaches use this information to tailor your entire workout to you. 

No need to worrry about those bad knees or shoulder, our coaches will modify the workout to make it work for you!

#4: "My schedule is crazy. Do I need to commit to certain class times?"

We understand how busy your schedule is. 

This is exactly why we offer such flexibility within our class schedules and offer so many class options during the day.

During your 14-day free trial you will have unlimited access to our classes, so you can make the most out of your trial and see what DSC is all about!

Our classes start at 5am and run almost ever hour until 7:30pm, giving you the option for morning, afternoon, or evening classes.

Sometimes things come up and we certainly get that which is why you have complete flexibility to choose whatever class times and days work best for you. Feel free to mix and match class times and days.
