With an average coach to client ratio of 1:8, you will have the opportunity to train in a safe, effective training environment and develop a camaraderie within the group that helps motivate and push you to higher levels in a non-intimidating, supportive atmosphere.
In our Adult Group Training Programs, you will receive a program that includes warm-ups, joint mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance, core and total-body strength exercise and high intensity metabolic conditioning (cardio).
Our Adult Group Training is broken up into our Performance Classes (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) where the focus of the sessions are on total-body and core strength as well as cardio.
Our Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday Metabolic Conditioning Classes (met-con) classes focus mainly on improving your cardio and burning calories.
These classes will increase your strength, stamina, and energy levels while increasing your lean body mass.
If you want high-intensity, high-energy workouts in a safe, supportive group atmosphere under the watchful eye of professional strength and conditioning coaches, then Adult Group Training is an excellent option!
Arrive ready to work out! Wear loose-fitting athletic clothing, gym shoes, and bring a water bottle. On our first day, we do a full workout, but slow it down a bit and focus on getting you comfortable with the workouts. Each individual can have a tailored experience; for example, if you’re new to the gym, we’ll take our time to focus on proper technique first.
An unlimited package allows you to train up to 6 days each week, and offers you unlimited group classes!
If you pay for 6 months up front, you receive 10% off each month. Pay for 1 year in advance and receive 1 month FREE!
10% off for the first 2 family members. 50% off for the 3rd family member. 4th family member and after are free (immediate family only).
We appreciate and thank you for your service and will give all active and retired military, and any active first responder receives a 10% discount.
Ages 65+ receive a 10% discount.
Our group personal training sessions are offered on an unlimited basis so you can come to as many sessions as your schedule allows.
Each session is 1 hour. Session options include:
5:00am, 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (no 6:30pm Friday)
5:00am, 6:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 12:00pm & 5:30pm
7:00am, 8:00am & 9:00am
We try to discourage clients from consistently missing sessions, as results are dependent upon consistent dedicated effort so we require that your 12 weeks of training be completed in no more than 12 weeks. We do not refund unused training. However, we may be able to roll unused training into future use at the gym.
